Return Policy
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30-days of receipt. Returns must still be in sellable condition and must be accompanied by a note stating the reason for the return and the original invoice. Incense or other items that can be tampered with will not be accepted! Returns or exchanges of custom made jewelry or other items will be at the discretion of Tzu Jan. Sorry, no exchanges or returns on discontinued merchandise. For your protection, insure the package at full value. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges that involve shipping will require additional shipping charges be paid for by the customer. Discovery of shipping errors must be reported to Tzu Jan within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Any deductions and returns need prior authorization and original Tzu Jan packing list or invoice. Call customer service for return authorization, at 912-687-1870.
