Catch up tv for a mother is a life saver. I have three young boys who love to be loud and active the whole day which often tires me out no end. I will spend the morning taking them to the park to play in the playground and then I take them for a walk along the small river nearby my house so that they can feed the ducks and the geese. After they come home they want to go outside again but I can now get them stay inside out of the mud by turning on catch up TV on the computer. They always argue about what to watch on live TV but with catch up TV they have a wide choice about what they want to watch so arguments are normally kept to a minimum. This gives me time to read the paper and put my feet up for an hour or so.
